以2,4-二乙酰基间苯三酚为基础,通过改变一个酰基碳链的长度,合成了三个间苯三酚乙酰基衍生物,目标化合物经LC-MS进行了确证,室内生测试验结果表明,2-乙酰基-4-丙酰基间苯三酚与2-乙酰基-4-丁酰基间苯三酚对立枯丝核菌、禾谷丝核菌、灰葡萄孢具有明显的抑制作用。
以2,4-二乙酰基間苯三酚為基礎,通過改變一箇酰基碳鏈的長度,閤成瞭三箇間苯三酚乙酰基衍生物,目標化閤物經LC-MS進行瞭確證,室內生測試驗結果錶明,2-乙酰基-4-丙酰基間苯三酚與2-乙酰基-4-丁酰基間苯三酚對立枯絲覈菌、禾穀絲覈菌、灰葡萄孢具有明顯的抑製作用。

Three phloroglucinol acetylated derivatives were synthesized with 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol as the basis structure.All the compounds synthesized were confirmed by LC-MS.The results of preliminary bioassay showed that two compounds of 2-acetyl-4-propionylphloroglucinol and 2-acetyl-4-butyrylphloroglucinol had obvious inhibitive effect on Rhizoctonia solani,Rhizoctonia cerealis,and Botrytis cinerea.
