On the framework of linguistic adaptation theory,the translation turn is discussed from two aspects：structural adaptability and contextual adaptability.Under the premise of the combination of language and culture,the comprehensive research of translation and culture is pointed out and at last some valuable enlightenment is concluded to help the better development of translation.
