针对电子产品焊接过程中产生的波峰焊渣、SMT过程中产生的废电子焊膏及废电子信息产品回收拆解过程中产生的废电子焊料的回收利用,开发经济实用的废电子焊料综合利用工艺技术与设备。在H2SiF6-Pb(Sn)SiF6电解液中,控制游离H2SiF6在100~150g/L,Pb^2+(Sn^2+)在60—120g/L,电流密度100A/m2,槽电压0.3-0.5V,常温电解,实现Ph-Sn合金的提纯精制,生产出合格的Pb-Sn合金焊料。然后用常规方法从电解阳极泥中进一步回收银等贵金属。
針對電子產品銲接過程中產生的波峰銲渣、SMT過程中產生的廢電子銲膏及廢電子信息產品迴收拆解過程中產生的廢電子銲料的迴收利用,開髮經濟實用的廢電子銲料綜閤利用工藝技術與設備。在H2SiF6-Pb(Sn)SiF6電解液中,控製遊離H2SiF6在100~150g/L,Pb^2+(Sn^2+)在60—120g/L,電流密度100A/m2,槽電壓0.3-0.5V,常溫電解,實現Ph-Sn閤金的提純精製,生產齣閤格的Pb-Sn閤金銲料。然後用常規方法從電解暘極泥中進一步迴收銀等貴金屬。

Aiming at wave soldering slag, waste solder paste in SMT and waste solder in recycling and dismantling of waste electrical products, the practical technical process and equipment for comprehensive utilization of waste electrical solder were developed. In H2SiFe-Pb (Sn)SiFe electrolyte where H2SiF6was maintained 100-150 g/L and Pb^2+(Sn^2+) was maintained 60-120 g/L, with 100 A/m^2 current density and 0.3-0.5 V cell voltage, Pb-Sn alloy was purified and refined. Finally noble metals such as silver were further recycled from the anode mud by normal method.
