本文利用光学显微镜观察竹原纤维和棉纤维的纵向和横向截面形态,并用CU-6纤维细度分析仪测出竹原纤维和棉纤维的直径和横截面积,通过大量试验推导,得出它们的形状修正系数,并进行验证性实验。实验数据表明结果偏差在±2%以内,基本能满足检测要求。
本文利用光學顯微鏡觀察竹原纖維和棉纖維的縱嚮和橫嚮截麵形態,併用CU-6纖維細度分析儀測齣竹原纖維和棉纖維的直徑和橫截麵積,通過大量試驗推導,得齣它們的形狀脩正繫數,併進行驗證性實驗。實驗數據錶明結果偏差在±2%以內,基本能滿足檢測要求。
본문이용광학현미경관찰죽원섬유화면섬유적종향화횡향절면형태,병용CU-6섬유세도분석의측출죽원섬유화면섬유적직경화횡절면적,통과대량시험추도,득출타문적형상수정계수,병진행험증성실험。실험수거표명결과편차재±2%이내,기본능만족검측요구。
The paper vertical and horizontal cross-section shape of nature bamboo fiber and cotton had been observed by optical microscopes. The CU-6 type fiber fineness analyzer had been used to test the diameter and the cross sectional area of fibers. The shape fixed coefficients had been derived from a large of trials. The experimental results showed that the deviation within ± 2% can basically meet the testing requirements.
