特色建设是专业生存与发展的需要。根据江苏科技大学的办学定位和船舶行业特色，形成了具有船舶特色的建筑环境与设备工程专业。结合专业特色建设的实际，对地方院校建筑环境与设备工程专业的培养方案、课程体系、团队建设、科研工作、工程教育平台建设、实践性教学环节等问题作了较为深入的探索与研究。
特色建設是專業生存與髮展的需要。根據江囌科技大學的辦學定位和船舶行業特色，形成瞭具有船舶特色的建築環境與設備工程專業。結閤專業特色建設的實際，對地方院校建築環境與設備工程專業的培養方案、課程體繫、糰隊建設、科研工作、工程教育平檯建設、實踐性教學環節等問題作瞭較為深入的探索與研究。
특색건설시전업생존여발전적수요。근거강소과기대학적판학정위화선박행업특색，형성료구유선박특색적건축배경여설비공정전업。결합전업특색건설적실제，대지방원교건축배경여설비공정전업적배양방안、과정체계、단대건설、과연공작、공정교육평태건설、실천성교학배절등문제작료교위심입적탐색여연구。
Characteristics construction is the need to survival and development of specialty. Based on the orientation of Jiangsu University of science and technology and characteristics of the shipbuilding industry, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering with shipping features are established. Combining with the practice of characteristics construction of specialty, the questions of training program, curriculum system, team building, research task, platform building of engineering education and practicing teaching etc. for Building Environment and Equipment Engineering in local colleges are profoundly explored and studied.
