The present article has investigated the method of measuring air moisture by using phosphorus pentoxide as dryer. In the present article, the effect factors, including apparatus design, apparatus assembly, filling of dryer, use cycle of dryer, and environmental conditions etc., have been described in detail. It has also made a comparison between the method of present article and the method of absorbing by using sulfuric acid. Finally ,a conclusion has been gotten: the method of measuring by using phosphorus pentoxide has a superior precision and accuracy, and it applies to the routine semi-control analysis.
