玻璃是制造灯的重要材料,如果它的加工工艺得当,不仅可以提高灯的合格率,而且可以提高灯的发光强度;同时,在设计中,如果能够综合考虑发光强度和散热效果,将会给灯的整体性能带来益处。通过与国外玻璃材料的外观、重量、屏的透光性、锥体内表面光洁度等几个方面进行对比、分析,发现了我们的产品在制造工艺和设计上的差距,为今后改进玻璃制造工艺提供了借鉴。

Glass is an important material for making the lamp.Appropriate glass processing technology not only can improve the lamp passing rate,but also can increase the luminous intensity of the lamp;meanwhile,in the design,to give comprehensive consideration to luminous intensity and heat dissipation will benefit the integral performance of the lamp.By comparing appearance,weight,transparency,flatness of the cone inner surface and other aspects between our product and foreign glass,it is found that there are gaps in domestic manufacturing technique and design.This will provide us with some reference points for future improvements.
