Based on the data of the death and its relative factors between 2000 and 2009 in a coal enterprises in China, two significant factors was obtained by using regression analysis ,and they are the times of operation against rules and the rate of over - fulfill. The regression equation are reasonable. The result indicates it is "operation against rules" that the critical factor leads to deaths in coal enterprises.
