自2008年农业部剑麻种质资源圃立项以来.经过3年多的建设.摸清了国内现存剑麻种质资源数量.并加以收集保存。已收集、保存来自广东、云南、广西、海南、福建等省(区)85份剑麻种质资源,涵盖了我国热区所有地方品种和大部分重要遗传材料.在形成收集、保护技术体系,规范剑麻种质资源圃管理技术。加强维护工作,完善配套设施,完成学名待查种质资源的鉴定、考证和命名的同时,有序推进了资源共享和评价利用工作。建立了对当家品种提纯复壮和优株系选的培育体系,完善了剑麻健康组培快繁技术体系.改革了传统育苗规程,取得了较好的经济效益,目前已建成我国热区规模较大、数量最多的剑麻种质资源圃.取得了建圃的显著成效。并对剑麻种质资源的进一步创新利用进行探讨。

Since 2008, projects of sisal germplasm repository are established by Ministry of Agricultural, existing number of sisal germplasm resource in China is felt out for collection and conservation through over 3 years' construction. 85 sisal germplasms, which cover all local varieties from hot zone in China and most important genetic materials, from Guangdong, Yunnan, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian and so on are collected and preserved. With the formation of system for technology of collection and conservation, the standard of management technology of sisal germplasm repository, the reinforcement of maintenance service, the improvement of supporting facilities, the accomplishment of identification, textual research and naming of gerrnplasm resource, where scientific name is yet to be investigated, resource sharing as well as evaluation and exploitation of sisal germplasm resource are promoted in order. Because of the construction of cultivation system for purification and rejuvenation as well as selection of excellent strains for leading variety, the improvement of system for health, tissue culture and rapid propagation technology of sisal, the reform of traditional seedling regulations as well as better economic benefits, sisal germplasm repository, which is larger scale and maximum number in hot zone in China, has been established at present, which has made significantly achievements of construction of sisal germplasm repository as well as explored for further enhancement utilization of sisal germplasm resource.
