研究纤维素酶降解壳聚糖生产壳寡糖的工艺条件,对影响壳聚糖降解的因素进行探讨,通过正交试验优化酶解反应工艺参数。结果表明:影响壳聚糖降解的主次膨序分别为反应时间〉纤维素酶和壳聚糖比例〉温度〉pH值:最佳酶解条件为温度40℃纤维索酶:壳聚糖=1:6,pH值5.0,反应时间8h。壳寡糖的得率为96.5%。

연구섬유소매강해각취당생산각과당적공예조건,대영향각취당강해적인소진행탐토,통과정교시험우화매해반응공예삼수。결과표명:영향각취당강해적주차팽서분별위반응시간〉섬유소매화각취당비례〉온도〉pH치:최가매해조건위온도40℃섬유색매:각취당=1:6,pH치5.0,반응시간8h。각과당적득솔위96.5%。
The production process of chito-oligosaccharide by cellulose enzyme degradation were researched. The influence racquet's ,of chito-oligosaccharide degradation were discussed. And the cellulose enzyme reaction process parameter was optimized tt,rough orthogonal experiment in this paper. The results showed that the sequence of influencing chito-oligosaceharide degradation was the reaction time〉 cellulose enzyme and chito-oligosaccharide proportion〉temperature〉pH. The best zymolysing conditions were temperature 40℃,cellulose enzyme: chito-oligosaccharide for 6, pH 5, reaction time 8 h. The chito-oligosaccharide output was 96.5% under the condition of optimization degradation conditions.
