Measures private organizations taken in the agricultural science and technology extension in foreign countries were summarized and analyzed in the paper. Meanwhile, the representative cases in agricultural science and technology extension marketization in our country were analyzed. Enlightenment of foreign mode to our country was proposed. It was proposed that construction of public service system must be instructed by government, the relationship between personal development of research specialist staff and effect of agricultural science and t~hnology extension should be strengthened, mode of agricultural science and technology extension by the means of from base to the upper should be constructed, and related organization that safeguard legal rights and interests of peasants must be established, etc.
