本文介绍了SCADA系统在内蒙古自治区重点污染源治污工况在线监控系统中的应用，系统以西门子成熟S7—200系列可编程序控制器为在线监测设备，基于OPC（OLE for Process Control）技术，以WINCC为监控平台，实现了自治区内重点污染源企业治污工况的远程监测、污染物排放的有效管理。
本文介紹瞭SCADA繫統在內矇古自治區重點汙染源治汙工況在線鑑控繫統中的應用，繫統以西門子成熟S7—200繫列可編程序控製器為在線鑑測設備，基于OPC（OLE for Process Control）技術，以WINCC為鑑控平檯，實現瞭自治區內重點汙染源企業治汙工況的遠程鑑測、汙染物排放的有效管理。
본문개소료SCADA계통재내몽고자치구중점오염원치오공황재선감공계통중적응용，계통이서문자성숙S7—200계렬가편정서공제기위재선감측설비，기우OPC（OLE for Process Control）기술，이WINCC위감공평태，실현료자치구내중점오염원기업치오공황적원정감측、오염물배방적유효관리。
This article describes the SCADA system was used in SCADA system was used in online monitor of pollution control condi- tions in the Inner Mongolia. The Siemens S7 -200 programmable Logic Controller is used as online monitoring equipment, the system based on OPC （OLE for Process Control） technology and using WINCC as the monitoring platform achieve remote monitoring pollution control conditions of pollution sources and effectual managing discharge of pollutants.
