随着铁岗水库流域工业生产的迅速发展．饮用水源的水质安全受到严重威胁。文章分析了水库所在地及周边地区的社会发展状况．分析水源保护与经济发展存在的矛盾及其成因，指出建立和完善水源保护区生态补偿机制是解决水源保护区保护和发展矛盾的关键所在，并对生态补偿的补偿原则、补偿标准、补偿类型和补偿方式等展开论述，最终提出落实生态补偿机制的若干建议，以促进水源保护区的可持续发展。

The rapid development of industrial production in Tiegang reservoir basin has severely threatened the water safety. The article analyses the current social development in the reservoir location and surrounding arears, discussing the existing conflicts between water source protection and economic development, also the causes for such conflicts, pointing out that the key to resolve these conflicts is to establish and perfect the ecological eompensation mechanism of water source protection zone. The article also makes a discussion on the principle for ecological compensation, the compensation standards, compensation types and compensation modes, and several suggestions were finally made to promote the sustainable development of water source protection zone.
