通过对插头壳体的工艺分析,介绍了该插头壳体注射模的整体结构及设计要点,研究了模具成型、脱模过程,分析了模具的结构特点,提出了一种较为独特的模具结构,给出了型腔开放成型、模板一次弹顶、内侧滑块二次顶出的模具结构,实现了壳体的顺利成型和顶出,解决了型腔结构复杂、内侧凹孔不易成型、顶出机构不易设置、脱模过程容易夹腔的问题。
通過對插頭殼體的工藝分析,介紹瞭該插頭殼體註射模的整體結構及設計要點,研究瞭模具成型、脫模過程,分析瞭模具的結構特點,提齣瞭一種較為獨特的模具結構,給齣瞭型腔開放成型、模闆一次彈頂、內側滑塊二次頂齣的模具結構,實現瞭殼體的順利成型和頂齣,解決瞭型腔結構複雜、內側凹孔不易成型、頂齣機構不易設置、脫模過程容易夾腔的問題。

By means of the technology analyzing the circular plug crust, introduced the injection mold structure and key points in designing, studied the molding process and rejection, analyzed the mold structure characteristics, put forward to the unique mold structure with cavity opening molding, formwork popup rejection first and then inside slide rejection, achieved the crust molding and rejection, resolved the problem of cavity complexity, inside concave hole difficult molding, injection difficult setting up and crust holding in cavity frequently.
