The ultrasonic intensive is an advanced technology for preparation of the coal-water slurry,as a proper substitute of fuel.According to the technological process and the monitoring requirements,the whole preparation process is monitored based on LabVIEW software.The hardware and the software of the system are introduced.It has a kind of promotion effect on research coal-water slurry technological process and optimizes produce process.
