现行路面材料设计中,沥青混合料的高温稳定性通过车辙试验的动稳定度参数进行控制。通过对整个车辙试验过程的总结,分析了试验中试件的尺寸、成型和空隙率控制,以及试验温度、试验荷载等因素对试验结果的影响;同时分析了车辙试验技术指标的计算方法,并通过国内外其他车辙试验方法的对比,综合分析了现有规范车辙试验方法和指标的局限性。
現行路麵材料設計中,瀝青混閤料的高溫穩定性通過車轍試驗的動穩定度參數進行控製。通過對整箇車轍試驗過程的總結,分析瞭試驗中試件的呎吋、成型和空隙率控製,以及試驗溫度、試驗荷載等因素對試驗結果的影響;同時分析瞭車轍試驗技術指標的計算方法,併通過國內外其他車轍試驗方法的對比,綜閤分析瞭現有規範車轍試驗方法和指標的跼限性。
현행로면재료설계중,력청혼합료적고온은정성통과차철시험적동은정도삼수진행공제。통과대정개차철시험과정적총결,분석료시험중시건적척촌、성형화공극솔공제,이급시험온도、시험하재등인소대시험결과적영향;동시분석료차철시험기술지표적계산방법,병통과국내외기타차철시험방법적대비,종합분석료현유규범차철시험방법화지표적국한성。
High temperature stability of asphalt mixture is controlled through the dynamic stability parameters of rutting test in the design of current pavement materials. Through the summary of the whole rutting test procedure, the influence of the size, shape and voidage control as well as test temperature of test parts, test load and other factors on the test result are analyzed. Meanwhile, the calculation methods of technical index of rutting test are analyzed. Through the contrast with other rutting test methods at home and abroad, the present standard rutting test methods and limitation of index are analyzed comprehensively.
