目的:分析内蒙古20-69岁人群BMI特点,采用百分数法评价BMI,寻找超重与肥胖的触发年龄。方法:对5880人数据进行BMI数据分析和曲线拟合分析。结果:①内蒙古20—69岁人群总体、男性、女性BMI分别为24.2±3.48、24.6±3.49、23.8±3.41。总体BMI高于全国平均水平,男性高于女性,超重和肥胖比例男性大于女性。②曲线拟合分析显示,男性BMI从20岁到33岁为快速增长期,女性则从20到60岁一直处于上升趋势。超重和肥胖的触发年龄,男性为20岁和22岁,女性为23岁和30岁。BMI峰值,男性为50岁,女性为55岁。结论:BMI在年龄、性别、触发年龄、峰值年龄具有差异。采用百分位数法来定位BMI触发年龄,对超重和肥胖进行有针对性的提前干预、降低相关疾病风险具有实际意义。

Aims: Analyzing the BMI (Body Mass Index) feature of 20 -69 years old people group in Inner Mongolia with percentile method is for figuring out the initial age of overweight and obesity. Methods: Applying data analysis and curve fitting analysis for the 5880 people' s BMI data. Results: BMI for the entirety, the male and the female of 20 -69 years old people group in Inner Mongolia are respectively 24.2 ±3.48, 24.6 ±3.49 and 23.8 ±3.41. The entirety value is higher than that of the national average level. The male is higher than the female. The percentage of overweight and obesity for the male is higher than that for the fe- male. The curve fitting analysis displays that the male BMI from the age of 20 to 33 is in a period of rapid growth and the female BMI is keeping growing from 20 year old to 60. The initial ages of overweight and obesity for the male are respectively 20 and 22, while that for the female are 23 and 30. As for the peak value of BMI, the male is 50 years old, and the female is 55. Conclusion: BMI shows differences concerning with age, gender, initial age and peak value age. Positioning the initial age of overweight and obesity with the method of per- centile indicates the practical significance for early targeted intervention of overweight and o- besity as well as risk reduction of related diseases.
