以聚乙烯醇、三聚氰胺为改性剂,改性由环己酮、尿素、甲醛和糠醇缩合而成的糠酮呋喃树脂,该树脂是一种新型铸造用的呋喃树脂。反应分三步:酮醛缩合、脲醛缩合、合成树脂。改性呋喃树脂氮含量、游离甲醛含量都明显降低,树脂强度高,粘度小,附着力好,且该工艺具有生产能耗低,工艺简单,产品耐酸耐碱性能好等优点。文章介绍用新型催化剂合成糠酮呋喃树脂,及改性树脂的方法。旨在开发一种产品性能优异,且生产成本显著降低的糠酮呋喃树脂生产工艺。

Taking polyvinyl alcohol,melamine as modifier,to modify furfural cyclohexanone-formaldehyde furan resin which is synthesized by cyclohexanone,urea and furfurylalcohol.The product is a new foundry furan resin.The reaction is divided into three steps: Keto-aldehyde condensation,Urea-formaldehyde condensation,the synthesis of resin.The modified furan resin made by this process has an apparent descent on the content of nitrogen and free formaldehyde.The title product shows high strength,low viscosity,good adhesion,and the process has low energy consumption,simple synthesis technology,and good acid/alkali resistance.The paper introduced a new way to compose furfural cyclohexanone-formaldehyde furan resin with novel catalyst and modify it.It aimed at developing a process that produces a novel furfural cyclohexanone-formaldehyde furan resin which had very good function,as well as an apparent descent on the cost of production.
