根据核化工与核燃料工程专业人才培养目标,参照其他工科专业人才的培养模式,结合保密性强、专业性明显的"核"特色,制定了适合国防、核工业对核化工与核燃料工程专业人才需求的"3+1"人才培养模式,并进行了探索与实践,取得了较好的成效。
根據覈化工與覈燃料工程專業人纔培養目標,參照其他工科專業人纔的培養模式,結閤保密性彊、專業性明顯的"覈"特色,製定瞭適閤國防、覈工業對覈化工與覈燃料工程專業人纔需求的"3+1"人纔培養模式,併進行瞭探索與實踐,取得瞭較好的成效。
근거핵화공여핵연료공정전업인재배양목표,삼조기타공과전업인재적배양모식,결합보밀성강、전업성명현적"핵"특색,제정료괄합국방、핵공업대핵화공여핵연료공정전업인재수구적"3+1"인재배양모식,병진행료탐색여실천,취득료교호적성효。
According to talents training target of nuclear chemical engineering and nuclear fuel engineering specialty,referring to other engineering talent training model,combining with the "nuclear" characteristic of strong confidentiality and obvious professional,we constituted the "3+1" talent training model which was suitable for the defense and nuclear industry for nuclear chemical engineering and nuclear fuel engineering specialty,then,we carried on the exploration and practice of the model and good results were obtained.
