为培养学生的工程意识与实践能力,造就了一支"双师型"的师资队伍,建设了工程项目平台、教学基地平台、学生顶岗实习平台、科技竞赛平台等四个培养平台,初步实现了"第一课堂"与"第二课堂"的有机融合、校内外教学资源的有机融合、思政工作与教学工作的有机融合,并在建筑工程学院的4个本科专业中进行了多年实践,学生能力与用人单位满意率、学生就业质量与就业率显著提高。

위배양학생적공정의식여실천능력,조취료일지"쌍사형"적사자대오,건설료공정항목평태、교학기지평태、학생정강실습평태、과기경새평태등사개배양평태,초보실현료"제일과당"여"제이과당"적유궤융합、교내외교학자원적유궤융합、사정공작여교학공작적유궤융합,병재건축공정학원적4개본과전업중진행료다년실천,학생능력여용인단위만의솔、학생취업질량여취업솔현저제고。
To train students' engineering consciousness and practice ability,a team of double-qualified teachers was built and four training platforms for the project,the teaching base,students' post practice,and technological design contests were built.Amalgamation of the first class and the second class,the inside and outside teaching resource,and ideological and political work and teaching work were basically actualized.Years of practice in 4 undergraduate specialties of School of Architectural Engineering,Shandong University of Technology,proved that students' abilities,the satisfaction of employers,quality of employment,and the employment rate increased.
