In the construction of harmonious university campus, we should focus on the grass-roots schools. It is essentical that they should play a central political role effectively. In order to ensure and construct a harmonious university campus,we should hold and construct the new requirements raised in the construction of harmonious society for the the party＇s grass-roots organizations, which guide the teachers and students in politics; which provide organizational support; which serve and contact teachers and students.
