高亮度LED用于家用照明是未来的发展方向,并已开始作为产品应用。传统家用双向可控硅(TRIAC)调光器适合调节白炽灯和卤素灯这类电阻性负载,当用其对普通LED驱动等开关电源负载调光时会产生闪烁的问题,更不能实现宽范围的调光控制。文中设计了一种适用于双向可控硅(TRIAC)调光器的原边恒流控制低成本LED驱动电路,详细介绍了所提出的调光控制线路设计,给出主要实验参数和实验结果,输入电压176-265VAC,输出电压52V,输出LED电流100mA,调光范围1%-100%,有关实验验证了所给出设计方案的可行性。

High Brighmess (FIB) LED used in residential hghting is the trend in the future, which has been applied as a production. Traditional TRIAC dimmers are suitable for resistive loads such as incandescent and halide lamps. However, LED load flicker when TRIAC dimmer is used for general LED driver. The design of a low cost H.B LED driver with primary constant current control and TRIAC dimming function is presented. Dimming control circuit is introduced in detail. The main parameters and experimental results are presented, with the input voltage 176-265VAC, the output voltage 52V, the output LED current 100 mA, and the dimming duty cycle range 1%-100%. The proposed design is verified by the experimental results.
