巴陵石化现场输送混合原油时,直接采用混合原油中高凝点作为输油依据,存在较大的能源浪费。本文根据混合原油凝点的实测值与线性加权方法计算值之差的绝对值与两组分原油各自凝点之差的绝对值之间具有良好的线性关系及巴陵石化的实际情况,提出了一种适合现场应用的混合原油凝点计算方法,该方法更符合现场原油输送的安全性要求,降低了现场原油的输送温度及减小了电伴热,节约了能源。

It is a big waste of energy when mixed high freezing point of crude oil directly based in Baling Petrochemical site transportation of crude oil. According to their linear relationship between the mix of crude oil freezing point of the measured value and calculated value of the linear weighted absolute difference and two components of crude oil freezing point of their absolute difference and Baling Petrochemical actual situation, this paper presents an easier oil field applications for freezing point calculation method, which is more in line with crude oil field safety requirements and reducing on site transportation of crude oil temperature, reducin~ electrical heat and saving energy.
