为提高指挥系统专用设备零部件的加工效率与加工质量,分析了数控机床加工效率的影响因素,并对优化目标进行了数学建模。基于北京航空航天大学开发的铣削加工过程力学仿真优化系统O ptiCut,对数控机床加工参数进行了仿真优化,通过试验验证确定最优切削参数。仿真优化和试验验证发现:粗加工时,大切削量的加工效率较高;精加工时,小切削量的加工效率较高,同时能保证表面加工质量。

To improve the efficiency and the quality of the part machining for special equipment in command systems,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the efficiency of CNC machining,and carries out mathematical modeling of the optimization objectives.Besides,it conducts the simulation and optimization of CNC cutting parameters based on OptiCut system developed by Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics for mechanical simulation and optimization of the milling process.Experimental results show that large cutting amount leads to higher efficiency in roughing;whereas small cutting amount leads to higher efficiency and good quality in finishing.
