目的分析PAP的HRCT表现，以期提高诊断及鉴别诊断水平。方法收集2001—2009年间在岳阳市二人民医院住院病人中经病理诊断为PAP患者30例，全部病例均胸部CT扫描并加做HRCT扫描。结果临床表现以活动后胸闷、呼吸困难为主；HRCT表现多种多样，15例表现为磨玻璃影，11例患者表现“地图样改变”，4例呈典型“铺路石样”。结论出现临床症状与特征性影像学表现分离现象时，应首先考虑PAP。
목적분석PAP적HRCT표현，이기제고진단급감별진단수평。방법수집2001—2009년간재악양시이인민의원주원병인중경병리진단위PAP환자30례，전부병례균흉부CT소묘병가주HRCT소묘。결과림상표현이활동후흉민、호흡곤난위주；HRCT표현다충다양，15례표현위마파리영，11례환자표현“지도양개변”，4례정전형“포로석양”。결론출현림상증상여특정성영상학표현분리현상시，응수선고필PAP。
Objective： Analyze the HRCT manifestations of PAp to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis on pulmonary alveolar proteinosis（PAP）. Methods： Collect 30 patients diagnosed as PAP in the NO.2 Hospital of Yueyang during 2001-2009. All cases were did chest CT scanning and HRCT scanning. Results： The clinical manifestations were activity chest tightness, shortness of breath. HRCT shows diversity. 15 cases showed ＂glass-like shadow＂,11 cases showed ＂geographic change＂, 4 cases showed ＂typical of crazy- paving pattern＂. Conclusion： When patients showed different clinical symptoms from characteristic imaging, PAP to be considered the first.
