高职人才培养由“学校本位”向“能力本位”转变引发的不仅是高职物质生态的变化。其文化生态也悄然发生变革,高职院校有必要从外部多元文化融合中凸显职业文化融入和内部师生群体文化整合中凸显实践语境入手,推动自身学校文化不断改进。
高職人纔培養由“學校本位”嚮“能力本位”轉變引髮的不僅是高職物質生態的變化。其文化生態也悄然髮生變革,高職院校有必要從外部多元文化融閤中凸顯職業文化融入和內部師生群體文化整閤中凸顯實踐語境入手,推動自身學校文化不斷改進。

The transition from school based to competence based approach intrigues not only the physical change in educational mechanism but also the cultural conversion. The paper thus points out that it is necessary to accentuate occupational culture from the melting pot of pluralistic external cultures and emphasize the role of real context in concerting students and teachers' conception so as to impel the improvement of school culture.
