目的：研究制备同时检测黄曲霉毒素B1（aflatoxin B1，AFB1）和赭曲霉毒素A（ochratoxinA，OA）两种真菌毒素的胶体金快速检测卡。方法：以人工合成抗原OVA-AFB1、OVA—OA和抗AFB1单克隆抗体、抗OA单克隆抗体为原料，用硝酸纤维膜和玻璃纤维纸作为载体，制作出同时检测AFB，和OA的胶体金快速检测卡。结果：该检测卡能同时检测AFB。和OA两种真菌毒素，且两者之间互不干扰，灵敏度均可达到2．5μg/L，重复性、稳定性均良好。结论：成功制作出了能同时检测两种真菌毒素的快速检测卡，一次操作能检测两种毒素，节省了检测时间和检测成本。
목적：연구제비동시검측황곡매독소B1（aflatoxin B1，AFB1）화자곡매독소A（ochratoxinA，OA）량충진균독소적효체금쾌속검측잡。방법：이인공합성항원OVA-AFB1、OVA—OA화항AFB1단극륭항체、항OA단극륭항체위원료，용초산섬유막화파리섬유지작위재체，제작출동시검측AFB，화OA적효체금쾌속검측잡。결과：해검측잡능동시검측AFB。화OA량충진균독소，차량자지간호불간우，령민도균가체도2．5μg/L，중복성、은정성균량호。결론：성공제작출료능동시검측량충진균독소적쾌속검측잡，일차조작능검측량충독소，절성료검측시간화검측성본。
Objective： To develop gold immunochromatography assay for simultaneously rapid detection of aflatoxin B1 （AFB1） and ochratoxinA （OA）. Methods： Synthetic antigen OVA-AFB1,OVA-OA and anti-AFB1 monoclonal antibody, anti-OA monoclonal antibody were used as raw material,nitrocellulose membrane and glass fiber paper as a carrier to produce a mycotoxins test strip which can detect AFB1 and OA .Results： The results showed that the test strip can simultaneously detect AFB~ and OA, and there＇s no interference AFB1 and OA,the sensitivity of the test strip can reach 2.5 μg / L. Conclusion： A myeotoxins test strip which can simultaneously detect two kinds of fungi toxins was successfully produced, which was featured with one operation could detect both toxins to save test time and cost.
