Aquatic Products Chemistry displays these three distinguishable features, namely, wide coverage, inter-disciplinarily and uniqueness. Regarding students' weak foundation and classroom teaching's inclination towards theory, the teacher of this course ought to conduct the teaching in the following ways. First of all, the teaching content ought to be practical while the class- room teaching is supposed to be closely combined with practice and case study is expected to be implemented. Then, various teaching methods ought to be jointly used. The last but not the least, practical teaching system ought to be improved while appraisal system ought to be improved.
