文化管理是世界大学管理的必然趋势。大学文化管理模式具有以人为中心、以文化力为核心竞争力等特征,强调硬性管理与软性约束相结合、理性因素与非理性因素相结合。大学可采取组建精英管理团队,战略谋划实施方案,培育共同价值观,将制度管理与文化管理相结合等策略实施文化管理。

Cultural management is an inevitable trend of university management thoughts in the world. Cultural management in university focuses on human and humanity, considers cultural force as the core competitiveness, emphasizes the combination of tough management and soft management, the combination of rational and irrational factors. University should adopt these countermeasures: constituting the elite management group, designing the implementing project, cultivating the common values, combining the system management and cultural management, etc.
