Improving the teaching quality is one eternal theme of higher education.Strict and standard teaching management,especially strengthening the management and control of teaching quality,is one important guarantee to improve higher education quality.In this paper,elaborates the necessity of taking the intension type development path,meanwhile,provides the measures to take the intension type development path and strengthen the management of teaching quality.
