利用直流电弧等离子体放电的方法,以双金属Y/Ni作为催化剂制备出纯度较高的单壁碳纳米管。采用透射电子显微镜和拉曼光谱对单壁碳纳米管的形貌和结构进行了分析,研究了不同直径单壁碳纳米管的热学性质。研究结果表明,碳纳米管的直径受温度影响,升高温度时直径会增大,其中直径较大的碳纳米管对温度的热敏感性较小,表现出更好的高温热稳定性。

By means of DC arc discharge,the single walled carbon nanotubes are prepared with Y/Ni as catalysts.Its morphology and microstructure are analyzed with transmission electron microscope（TEM） and resonant Raman spectroscopy.The thermal properties of carbon nantotubes are studied also.It is found that the tube diameter increase when the temperature goes up while the large tube has the less thermal-sensitivity with more stable temperature-properties,which is more suitable to be used for the heat dissipation in semiconductor device.
