面对电力行业的技术集成性极强的特征,随着＂十二五＂期间电力新设备和新技术的广泛应用,行业和高职院校对现有的继电保护人才培养提出新的要求。在对继电保护与自动化专业人才培养的定位分析基础上,以三峡电力职业学院为例,探索出一种基于电力行业标准的电力系统继电保护与自动化人才培养新模式,且构建新人才培养模式的实现途径,最终实现人才的创新性发展。

For the face of the power industry technology features highly integrated,with the extensive application of new equipments and technologies during the next national twelfth five-year plan period,industry and higher vocational colleges have made new requirements to power relay protection and automation talents cultivation.Based on power relay protection and automation in the positioning of personnel training,for the three Gorges Power Vocational College of Electric Power as an example,this paper explores a new talent cultivation model of power system relay protection and automation and constructs a training realization of patterns.Based on the power industry standard,the new model realizes the development of innovative talent.
