Biomass tar is the bottleneck which impedes the biomass hot chemical technology development.Only through a complete and exact understanding of features and characteristics of tar,can researchers choose the appropriate removal methods.This thesis first introduces the features of biomass tar,secondly classifies the tar and finally presents the removal methods of tar at home and abroad,which provides reference for further research.
