建立1∶10 000基础地理信息数据库是实现省级地理信息公共服务的基础,新疆面积大、数据庞杂,与其他省区相比,其建库工作具有独特性。文章在充分调研、借鉴其他省区先进经验的基础上,结合本地实际,采用最新的理论和技术开展系统的设计和实现,完成了数据的加工整理和高效质检入库,解决了海量数据快速入库、数据动态更新、历史数据管理、图库一体、多源空间数据管理、强大的查询统计及成果表现等关键技术。
건립1∶10 000기출지리신식수거고시실현성급지리신식공공복무적기출,신강면적대、수거방잡,여기타성구상비,기건고공작구유독특성。문장재충분조연、차감기타성구선진경험적기출상,결합본지실제,채용최신적이론화기술개전계통적설계화실현,완성료수거적가공정리화고효질검입고,해결료해량수거쾌속입고、수거동태경신、역사수거관리、도고일체、다원공간수거관리、강대적사순통계급성과표현등관건기술。
Establishing the 1∶ 10 000 foundation geography information database is the foundation of achieving geography information public service.The area of Xinjiang is very big and its data is numerous and jumbled,comparing with other provinces.Its database construction work has specialty.This paper did the design and implementation based on investigating and using for reference of advanced experience of other province,combining local reality,and adopting the newest theory and technology.The implemented database accomplished data processing and coordinating and putting into database with high efficiency quality checking.It also solved the key technology of magnanimity data celerity constructing database,data dynamic updating,history data management,graphics and database integrating,multiple sources space data management,strong and powerful inquiry statistics,accomplishment shows,and so on.
