随着我国教育体制从应试教育转向素质教育,以学生为中心的教学模式受到师生的共同青睐.如何在课堂上真正做到以学生为中心、提高教学效果,成为各高校教师研究的热门话题.本文结合笔者实际教学经验,探讨了如何实施以学生为中心的大学英语课堂教学,以期达到提高学生英语水平,培养出适合我国社会发展需要的高素质英语人才的教学目标.

With the educational concept turning from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education, more and more teachers and students are interested in the student-centeredness teaching mode. In fact, it's really not easy to implement this concept in teaching practice. Based on the authors' practical teaching experience, the paper discussed how to implement the teaching mode and achieve the teaching purposes: to train qualified students' who can meet the needs of our country's development.
