采用超声波乙醇浸提法和超临界CO_2萃取法制备蜂胶活性提取物,分别以70%乙醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇400作为溶剂将蜂胶活性提取物制成溶液.并通过超声波和加热方式对蜂胶活性提取物溶液进行预处理,观察其对常见食品致病菌的抑菌和延长鲜牛肉的保鲜期效果.结果表明:两种蜂胶活性提取物溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉、产黄青霉均有不同程度的抑菌效果,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌抑菌效果较好.同时发现两者都能较好地延长鲜牛肉的保鲜期.

채용초성파을순침제법화초림계CO_2췌취법제비봉효활성제취물,분별이70%을순、병삼순、취을이순400작위용제장봉효활성제취물제성용액.병통과초성파화가열방식대봉효활성제취물용액진행예처리,관찰기대상견식품치병균적억균화연장선우육적보선기효과.결과표명:량충봉효활성제취물용액대대장간균、금황색포도구균、고초간균、사양아포간균、흑곡매、산황청매균유불동정도적억균효과,기중대금황색포도구균、사양아포간균억균효과교호.동시발현량자도능교호지연장선우육적보선기.
The active extracts of propolis were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with ethanol and supercritical extraction (SCE) with CO_2, and the antibacterial effects of active extracts of propolis on common food pathogenic bacteria were investigated. 70% ethanol, glycerol, polyethylene glycol 400 were used as solvent to prepare propolis solution and the active extraction was pretreated by the methods of ultrasonic and heat. The results showed that there were two kinds of propolis extracts exhibiting certain antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus,Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum, and the antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus were the better. The two kinds of propolis extracts could prolong the preservation period of the fresh beef and its sensory and flavor could be kept in the preservation period.
