[目的]为重金属污染区的生态恢复与重建提供依据.[方法]对种植在镉污染地19种草坪草的地上部分和地下部分(0~10、10~20 cm)的含镉量分别进行了分析测定.[结果]除结缕草和纳苏外,其他草坪草对镉的累积特性均表现为地上部分<地下0~10 cm根系<地下10~20 cm根系.其中赫尔德、猎狗、剪股颖3种草坪草对镉的富集能力较强.草坪草根部对镉的平均积累量占总积累量的85%,这表明草坪草从土壤中吸收的镉主要存在于地下根系当中.通过对不同品种草坪草对土壤中镉的累积特性研究,筛选出抗镉和富集镉能力强的草坪草,为镉污染农田的植物修复技术提供科学依据.

[Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the ecological restoration and reconstruction in the area polluted by heavy metals. [Method] Cd contents in overground and underground part (0-10, 10-20 cm) of 19 kinds of turf grasses which planted in Cd-contaminated soil were analyzed and determined. [Result] The results showed that except for zoysia and nasu, Cd contents in different parts of other turf grasses have the same performance ( overground < underground 0-10 cm root < underground 10-20 cm root). The accumulation ability of heerde, liegou and jianguying is stronger than that of other grasses. Average Cd content in root accounts for 85% of total, which represents that Cd mainly exists in root of turf grass. By studying the accumulative characteristics, the turf grasses which have the ability of Cd resistance and be good at enrichment of Cd were found. It will provide a scientific basis for phytoremediation of farmlands contaminated by Cd.
