目的:西洋菜、破铜钱和马兰三种中草药挥发油成分进行抗耐药金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌活性研究.方法:采用纸片扩散法进行检测.结果:三种中草药的挥发油成分菌具有抑制三种耐药菌株活性.结论:破铜钱挥发油在三种中草药中活性最强.
目的:西洋菜、破銅錢和馬蘭三種中草藥揮髮油成分進行抗耐藥金黃色葡萄毬菌、大腸桿菌和白色唸珠菌活性研究.方法:採用紙片擴散法進行檢測.結果:三種中草藥的揮髮油成分菌具有抑製三種耐藥菌株活性.結論:破銅錢揮髮油在三種中草藥中活性最彊.
목적:서양채、파동전화마란삼충중초약휘발유성분진행항내약금황색포도구균、대장간균화백색념주균활성연구.방법:채용지편확산법진행검측.결과:삼충중초약적휘발유성분균구유억제삼충내약균주활성.결론:파동전휘발유재삼충중초약중활성최강.
Objective: The essential oil of Nasturtium officinales, Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam and Kalimeris Indica (L.). Sch-Bip was tested against resistant strain of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Methods: The method of agar-discs diffusion was used to assay the antibacterial activity. Results: The essential oil of three Chinese Medical Herbs showed the antimicrobial activity. Conclusion: The essential oil of H. sibthorpioides was found to be the most potent in three microorganism.
