目的观察高血糖大鼠下丘脑及脑干网状结构内一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)阳性神经元的表达。方法应用NADPH-d组织化学方法。结果6周高血糖(DM)组与正常对照(NC)组大鼠下丘脑及脑干网状结构内NOS阳性神经元表达,且NOS阳性神经元数有显著差别。结论高血糖大鼠下丘脑及脑干网状结构内NOS阳性神经元数量减少。

Objective to observe the expression of nitric oxide syhthetase(NOS) and brainstem-rettcular structure ot rats with hyper-glycemia. Method: NAPPH- histochemical methods was used. Results NOS positive neuron expressed in hypothalamus and brain- stem
reticular structure and normal neuron of 6 - week old rats with hyperglycemia (DM) and normal rats(NS) . There was signifcant difference innumbers of neuron between DM group and controll group. Conclusion The number of NOS positive neurondecreased in hypothalamus and brain-stem reticular stucture of rats with hyperglycemia
