在对澳大利亚国家自然公园实地考察基础上，从七个方面总结自然公园旅游规划的特点，提出旅游规划三元结构理论。与国内一些观点不同，论文认为发达国家自然公园是非常重视旅游业发展的，多样化的游览方式、地方文化的精彩提炼、自然保护的卓有成效以及旅游信息中心的网络化使旅游业保持经久不衰，我国与发达国家的差别主要在于旅游经营和管理的技能和效率，经营策略应成为我国旅游规划不可缺少、重点加强的内容。

This paper summarizes the characters of tourism planning of Australia National Natural Park from seven aspects, and proposes the theory of three-meta structure of tourism planning, based on the research of tourism development of Natural Park in Australia. It s not the same as the views of a few Chinese experts, tourism development has been emphasized and has been keeping sustainable in nature park of Australia, their common features are those such various sightseeing ways, exciting extraction of local culture, effective natural preserve and various centers of tourism information. The differences are expertise and efficiency of tourism operation and management between China and West development countries. Operation tactics of tourism industry should be reinforced in Chinese tourism planning.
