目的：口服 MEBO治疗消化性溃疡.方法 :选择治疗及对照两组各 50例对比 , 治疗组首次口服 20g MEBO后 ,每日口服两次 , 早晚空腹用 , 每次 10－ 20g/次 , 4周为一疗程 , 对照组用西咪替丁口服或静滴.结果 :1月后胃镜复查 ,按治愈、显效、无效进行分析.治疗组 : 治愈 31例 ,显效 10例 , 无效 9例 ,有效率 82％.对照组 :治愈 23例 , 显效 10例 , 无效 17例 , 有效率 66％.两组治疗结果有显著差异P<0.05).结论：MEBO的益于溃疡面的早期愈合，且使用方便，疗效肯定，具有推广价值

목적：구복 MEBO치료소화성궤양.방법 :선택치료급대조량조각 50례대비 , 치료조수차구복 20g MEBO후 ,매일구복량차 , 조만공복용 , 매차 10－ 20g/차 , 4주위일료정 , 대조조용서미체정구복혹정적.결과 :1월후위경복사 ,안치유、현효、무효진행분석.치료조 : 치유 31례 ,현효 10례 , 무효 9례 ,유효솔 82％.대조조 :치유 23례 , 현효 10례 , 무효 17례 , 유효솔 66％.량조치료결과유현저차이P<0.05).결론：MEBO적익우궤양면적조기유합，차사용방편，료효긍정，구유추엄개치
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of oral administration of MEBO in treating digestive ulcers. Method:In MEBO treating group, 50 patients were given orally in the 1st time 20 grams of MEBO, then 2 times a day in the morning and evening 10 to 20 grams each time for 4 weeks. In the control group, 50 patients were given cimetidine by oral or by intravenous infusion. Results:After one month, the patients were examined by gastroscopy and the efficacy was analyzed. In MEBO group, completely cured 31 cases, effective10 cases, and ineffective 9 cases. Effective rate was 82％ . In control group, completely cured 23 cases, effective 10 cases and ineffective 17 cases. Effective rate was 66％ . The difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05).Conclusion:MEBOis beneficial to early healing of the ul-cers. It is easy to use.Its efficacy is reliable
