在常规有杆采方式中,大部分井均采用油管、抽油杆做配套管柱,材料投入多,泵效低。针对有管采油存在的问题,中原濮城油田引进试用了无油客管采油技术,通过5口抽油井的先导性试验研究表明:试验油井平均泵效提高了38.42%,单井材料投入减少了10万元左右,它能够满足濮城油田生产的需要,是提高开采效益的有效技术,具有广阔应用发展明景。

During regular oil producing with tubing,many wells adopt tubing,sucker rod as matching pipe string.Drop-in material is very many and pump efficiency is low.Regarding to the problem existent in tubing oil producing,tubingless oil producing technique is introduced by Pucheng Oilfield.Through pilot testing research in five pumping wells,the results show that average pump efficiency of experiment well is increased by 38.42%.Drop-in material cost per well is reduced by 1,000,000 yuan.Tubingless oil producing technique can meet the needs Pucheng Oilfield producing,can improve production benefit and have wide application prospects.
