目的：探讨围生期心肌病的病因。方法：应用原位PCR法对2例14、15年前临床诊断为围生期心肌病患者的心肌活检的石蜡切片进行柯萨奇B组病毒(CVB)的检测。结果：2例患者的心肌活检组织中CVB-RNA均显示阳性信号。结论：CVB感染可能是围生期心肌病的病因之一。
목적：탐토위생기심기병적병인。방법：응용원위PCR법대2례14、15년전림상진단위위생기심기병환자적심기활검적석사절편진행가살기B조병독(CVB)적검측。결과：2례환자적심기활검조직중CVB-RNA균현시양성신호。결론：CVB감염가능시위생기심기병적병인지일。
Objective:To diagnose Coxsackievirus B (CVB) diagnosed infection in peripartum cardiomyopathy.Method:There were two patients of peripartum cardiomyopathy 14～15 years ago, whose myocardial tissues could not support viral infection then.Today we used in situ rt-PCR to detect CVB RNA in the wax-sections of their myocardial tissues.It may be useful to find the cause of peripartum cardiomyopathy.Result:CVB-RNA signals could be found in myocardial tissues of the two patients.Conclusion:CVB infection may be one of the causes of peripartum cardiomyopathy.
