研究了改性碱木质素HML和各种石油磺酸钠的吸附特性,以及作为三次采油牺牲剂减少石油磺酸钠吸附损失的作用规律,获得了改性碱木质素与大庆四厂原油产生超低界面张力的条件。结果表明:HML作为牺牲剂可以显著地减少主表面活性剂石油磺酸钠ORS-41的吸附损失(减少量>50 %),HML能和石油磺酸钠、碱、聚合物配合将油水界面张力降至超低范围。改性碱木质素作为三次采油牺牲剂具有广泛的应用前景。
研究瞭改性堿木質素HML和各種石油磺痠鈉的吸附特性,以及作為三次採油犧牲劑減少石油磺痠鈉吸附損失的作用規律,穫得瞭改性堿木質素與大慶四廠原油產生超低界麵張力的條件。結果錶明:HML作為犧牲劑可以顯著地減少主錶麵活性劑石油磺痠鈉ORS-41的吸附損失(減少量>50 %),HML能和石油磺痠鈉、堿、聚閤物配閤將油水界麵張力降至超低範圍。改性堿木質素作為三次採油犧牲劑具有廣汎的應用前景。
연구료개성감목질소HML화각충석유광산납적흡부특성,이급작위삼차채유희생제감소석유광산납흡부손실적작용규률,획득료개성감목질소여대경사엄원유산생초저계면장력적조건。결과표명:HML작위희생제가이현저지감소주표면활성제석유광산납ORS-41적흡부손실(감소량>50 %),HML능화석유광산납、감、취합물배합장유수계면장력강지초저범위。개성감목질소작위삼차채유희생제구유엄범적응용전경。
The absorption characteristics of modified lignin(HML,self-prepared) and petroleum sulfonates were studied,and the effect of factors of HML as sacrificial agent on absorption decrease of surfactant was also investigated.The optimum formulation of ASP was obtained.The results showed that the absorption loss of surfactant(especially for ORS-41) on the formation rock can be inhibited significantly(more than 50 %) by the preflush or in admixture with the chemical recovery materials,the solution of HML mixed with ORS-41,alkali and polymer can reach hyper-low interfacial tension.Therefore the modified lignin has bright prospect as sacrificial agent in the tertiary oil recovery.
