    本文根据对北京大兴县礼贤镇所做的实地调查，结合当地经济发展状况以及小城镇建设方面的初步设想，分析了小城镇建设的战略意义，对于象礼贤这样的经济欠发达乡镇如何建设小城镇提出了若干对策.
    본문근거대북경대흥현례현진소주적실지조사，결합당지경제발전상황이급소성진건설방면적초보설상，분석료소성진건설적전략의의，대우상례현저양적경제흠발체향진여하건설소성진제출료약간대책.
    Based on the investigation in Lixian,one of the towns in Daxing county of Beijing,the paper analyzes the strategic significance of small cities and towns after introducing economic condition and their initial blueprint of small cities and towns development.Finally,the author puts forward several countermeasures about how to develop small cities and towns in less developed towns such as Lixin.
