目的进一步了解长期过量接触工业性氟对工人骨密度影响的程度。方法用骨密度测量仪对电解铝工人进行骨密度测量。结果电解铝工人骨密度有不同程度的降低,从轻到重依次是股骨大转子、股骨颈、股骨三角区、腰椎L2、腰椎L3、腰椎L4。结论长期过量接触工业性氟可导致工人骨密度的降低,提示有一定的钙缺失,尤其是中轴骨。
目的進一步瞭解長期過量接觸工業性氟對工人骨密度影響的程度。方法用骨密度測量儀對電解鋁工人進行骨密度測量。結果電解鋁工人骨密度有不同程度的降低,從輕到重依次是股骨大轉子、股骨頸、股骨三角區、腰椎L2、腰椎L3、腰椎L4。結論長期過量接觸工業性氟可導緻工人骨密度的降低,提示有一定的鈣缺失,尤其是中軸骨。

Objective Further study of the worker's skeleton density from long-term excessively exposed to industrial fluorine.Methods Measuring the electrolysis aluminium worker's skeleton density by dual energy X-ray absorptionary (DEXA). Results The skeleton density of the electrolysis aluminium workers was reducted, and from gently degree to heavily degree, it involved femur rotor, femur neck, femur triangle area, L2、L3 and L4. Conclusion The long-term excessively exposed to industrial fluorine could lead to worker's skeleton density reduced, and some calcium may be lost, especially middle axial bone.
