目的探讨冠心病行冠状动脉旁路移植术的治疗，报告11例手术结果。方法手术均在全麻体外循环中低温下进行，经胸正中切口，除1例左前降支单支病变者用左乳内动脉搭桥外，均用大隐静脉，搭2支和3支桥各5例。结果全组无手术死亡，术后心绞痛症状均消失，心功能明显改善。结论冠状动脉旁路移植术是治疗冠心病一种安全有效的方法，应用静脉搭桥移植操作简便，易于掌握，术后近期临床效果满意。
목적 탐토관심병행관상동맥방로이식술적치료，보고11례수술결과。방법수술균재전마체외순배중저온하진행，경흉정중절구，제1례좌전강지단지병변자용좌유내동맥탑교외，균용대은정맥，탑2지화3지교각5례。결과 전조무수술사망，술후심교통증상균소실，심공능명현개선。결론관상동맥방로이식술시치료관심병일충안전유효적방법，응용정맥탑교이식조작간편，역우장악，술후근기림상효과만의。
Objective : To assess the focal point of treatment of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Methods .. All patientsreceived CABG through middle sternotomy under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), but one received along internal mammary arteryand the saphenous veins were used in 10 cases, The average number of graft veins were 2. 5. Result: There was no operativemortality. The patients get rid of angina and improvement of cardiac function. Conclusion: CABG is a safe and an effective wayfor treatment of coronary artery disease. The graft of the saphenous veins are simple and easy. the satisfactory result was observedin postoperation.
