用SPECT门控心血池显像检测72例心血管病患者心功能,结果表明高血压病对心功能影响不大,仅见TPFR↓、心室相角程↑,27%-66%的病例的室壁运动、收缩波传导及振幅图有异常;冠心病对心功能影响较为明显,可见LVEF↓、25%FF↓、50%FF↓、心室相角程↑,25%-51%病人室壁运动、收缩波传导及振幅图有异常;冠心病发生心肌梗塞后,LVEF进一步减低、心室相角程进一步增宽,同时出现PER、PFR、25%FF及50%FF继续呈下降趋势,72%-94%病人室壁运动、收缩波传导及振幅图出现异常;发生心脏室壁瘤时,LVEF会出现显著减低、心室相角程明显增宽(>120度),其它各项心功能参数也更加趋向于恶化,室壁运动、收缩波传导及振幅图全部出现异常。
用SPECT門控心血池顯像檢測72例心血管病患者心功能,結果錶明高血壓病對心功能影響不大,僅見TPFR↓、心室相角程↑,27%-66%的病例的室壁運動、收縮波傳導及振幅圖有異常;冠心病對心功能影響較為明顯,可見LVEF↓、25%FF↓、50%FF↓、心室相角程↑,25%-51%病人室壁運動、收縮波傳導及振幅圖有異常;冠心病髮生心肌梗塞後,LVEF進一步減低、心室相角程進一步增寬,同時齣現PER、PFR、25%FF及50%FF繼續呈下降趨勢,72%-94%病人室壁運動、收縮波傳導及振幅圖齣現異常;髮生心髒室壁瘤時,LVEF會齣現顯著減低、心室相角程明顯增寬(>120度),其它各項心功能參數也更加趨嚮于噁化,室壁運動、收縮波傳導及振幅圖全部齣現異常。

This text reports the result of heart function examination with nuclide of 99mTc to 72 cases suffering from cardiovascular diseases: Heart function effected little by hypertension, only TPFR↓, phase angle of ventricle↑, 27%-66% cases with ventricle wall motion and amplitude abnormal. This effected by CAD more obvious, LVEF↓, 25%FF↓, 50%FF↓, phase angle of ventricle↑; cases approaching 25%-51% with ventricle wall motion and amplitude abnormal. When CAD getting myocardial infarction(MI), the condition has worsened, such as LVEF↓, 25%FF↓, 50%FF↓, phase angle of ventricle↑, 72%-94% cases with ventricle wall motion and amplitude abnormal. Further, when heart ventricle wall tumor occurs after a large area MI, the condition gets serious, LVEF↓, phase angle of ventricle↑ (>120 degree), other targets getting bad, all cases with ventricle wall motion and amplitude abnormal.
