考察了以KMnO4为氧化剂,相转移催化氧化合成对硝基苯甲酸的有关影响因素.结果表明:十六烷基三丁基溴化磷的催化效果最好,收率达76.6%;以价廉易得的季铵盐A-1为氧化剂,能进行缓和反应,且收率提高,达74.3%.此外,KMnO4的自身分解严重影响它对底物的氧化作用,由此确定反应以在中性介质中发生为宜.
攷察瞭以KMnO4為氧化劑,相轉移催化氧化閤成對硝基苯甲痠的有關影響因素.結果錶明:十六烷基三丁基溴化燐的催化效果最好,收率達76.6%;以價廉易得的季銨鹽A-1為氧化劑,能進行緩和反應,且收率提高,達74.3%.此外,KMnO4的自身分解嚴重影響它對底物的氧化作用,由此確定反應以在中性介質中髮生為宜.

For the method of phase transfer catalysis oxidation to synthesize p-nitrberzoic acid, a series of factors are re-viewed in detail. The catalysis effect of HDTBP is the best . The yield is 76.6%. A-1 is a good catalyst that is cheaperthan HDTBP, and its yield is 74.3% which is 17.2% higher than that of in literature. The fact that potassium perman-ganate′s decomposition hampered its oxidation to organic substrate has been discovered, so the reaction should be done inneutral medium.
