目的：探讨耳穴治疗对绝经后妇女雌激素水平的影响，以探讨非药物激素替代治疗(HRT)途径的可能性。方法：将双附件切除的病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，采用平行对照研究方法，治疗组于术后第3天耳穴埋珠治疗。两组分别于术前、术后第3、5、8天，测E2、阴道涂片及K氏评分。结果：术后雌激素(E2）水平明显下降，治疗后E2水平不再继续下降，阴道涂片MI呈左移，MI右移，K氏评分明显减少，对照组则变化不明显。结论：耳穴治疗影响雌激素水平的变化，使雌激素水平不再下降，临床症状改善明显。提示耳穴治疗作为非药物激素替代治疗成为可能。
목적：탐토이혈치료대절경후부녀자격소수평적영향，이탐토비약물격소체대치료(HRT)도경적가능성。방법：장쌍부건절제적병인수궤분위치료조화대조조，채용평행대조연구방법，치료조우술후제3천이혈매주치료。량조분별우술전、술후제3、5、8천，측E2、음도도편급K씨평분。결과：술후자격소(E2）수평명현하강，치료후E2수평불재계속하강，음도도편MI정좌이，MI우이，K씨평분명현감소，대조조칙변화불명현。결론：이혈치료영향자격소수평적변화，사자격소수평불재하강，림상증상개선명현。제시이혈치료작위비약물격소체대치료성위가능。
Objective：To explore the effects of ear-acupoint on the leves of estrogen in postmenopausal women in order to discover the new therapy with menopausal syndrome．Methods：19 women with bioophorectomy assigned to two groups．One group received treatment with ear-acupoint treatment postoperative the third day，the other control group with medicament to solve problems assording to specific circumstances．Both groups were observeted serum E2 and vaginal smear in preoperation，postoperative the third day，the fifth day and the eighth day．We also observeted values of the Kupperman index in the menatime．Results：We found that level of E2 was not had drop and values for the Kuppermen index markedly decreased following ear-acupoint treatment．Control group wasn’t shown that same changes．Conclusions：Our results indicate that ear-acupoint treatment may have the influence up the level E2 and improve clinical symptoms．It is possible that ear-acupoint treated with menopausal syndrome．
